(TAP) – The Cabinet meeting held Thursday at El Kasbah Palace under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Youssef Chahed adopted 7 bills and 24 draft government decrees.

The draft laws are:

- Draft organic law on the adoption of the agreement on the creation of a global dryland alliance

- Draft organic law on the adoption of the agreement between the Government of the Tunisian Republic and the Government of Singapore, on the non-double taxation and the prohibition of tax evasion with respect to taxes on income.

- Draft law on the adoption of a financial agreement concluded in Tunis, on 28 December 2017, and its annex, concluded on 31 January 2018, between the Government of the Tunisian Republic and the Government of the French Republic, on a support programme for Tunisian SMEs and SMIs.

-Bill law on the adoption of the annex of the credit agreement, concluded on June 8, 2018, between the Republic of Tunisia and the "Turk Eximbank", as a contribution to the financing of the acquisition of equipment of Turkish origin.

- Draft law on the adoption of Annex No. 2, of the credit agreement, concluded on May 27, 2011, between the Republic of Tunisia and AFD, concerning the financing of the project for the achievement of the National School of Engineering in Bizerte.

- Draft law on the adoption of a credit agreement, concluded on December 21, 2017, between the Republic of Tunisia and the AfDB, as a contribution to the financing of the project to support the development of technical and technological capacities.

- Draft organic law on the adoption of two protocols amending the international civil aviation agreement.

The draft government decrees:

- Draft government decree on the amendment of the decree of 25 August 2008, establishing management units by objectives, as part of the project to develop the management of the state budget.

- Draft government decree on the creation of a committee for the examination of candidatures and publication of lists of associations representing the national council of Tunisian expatriates.

- Draft government decree on the organisation of the first general census of agriculture.

- Draft government decree relating to the amendment of the decree of 16 February 2005, on the administrative and financial organisation and the management mode of the CNAM.

- Draft government decree on the change of the name of a public company.

- Draft government decree granting “LaSalle company” the advantages mentioned in article 52 of the Investment Law.

- Draft government decree on the definition of the administrative and financial organisation and the management method of the National Institute of Consumption.

- Draft government decree on the organisation of the Ministry of Equipment, Housing and Spatial Planning.

- Draft government decree on the establishment of a university service institution.

- Draft government decree on the adoption of a list of persons concerned by the regularisation of the situation of State agricultural land, located in the governorate of Tozeur, by sale by mutual agreement, as well as the prices of these goods.

- Draft government decree concerning the adoption of a list of persons concerned by the regularisation of the situation of state agricultural land, located in the governorates of Manouba, Kairouan, Ben Arous, Sousse, Sfax and Zaghouan, through the sale by mutual agreement, as well as the prices of these goods.

- Draft government decree on the adoption of a list of persons concerned by the regularisation of the situation of state agricultural land, located in the governorates of Kairouan, Mahdia, Nabeul and Gafsa, by the sale by mutual agreement, as well as prices of these goods.

- Draft government decree on the adoption of the final agreement of the commission for the investigation and identification of lands belonging to the private domain of the State, in the governorate of Medenine (Delegation Djerba Ajim).

- Draft government decree on the adoption of the final agreement of the commission of investigation and identification of the lands belonging to the private domain of the State in the governorate of Mahdia (Delegation of Ksour Essef).

- Draft government decree on the adoption of the final agreement of the commission of investigation and identification of the lands belonging to the private domain of the State in the governorate of Sfax (Delegations of Sakiet Eddayer and Kerkennah).

- Draft government decree on the adoption of the network of criteria adopted for the determination of the financial value of real estate, necessary for the achievement of public projects.

- Draft governmental decree on the expropriation for public interest of a land, located in the governorate of Kasserine, for the achievement of the bridge project on Wadi Erremal.

- Draft government decree on the expropriation for public purposes of land, located in the governorate of Kairouan, for the development of a regional road, connecting between Sidi Omar Bouhajla and Menzel El Mehiri.

- Draft Government Decree on the Amendment of the Decree of 6 February 1982, on Expropriation for Public Purposes of Land, for the Creation of the Last Section of Highway X, between Khaznadar Highway No. 5 and the western exit of the city of Tunis.

- Draft government decree on the exploitation of quarries in the private domain of the State.

- Draft government decree on the creation of the National Council of Culture.

- Draft government decree on the completion of the decree of 3 May 1993 on the establishment of the general framework of the relationship between the administration and the citizens.

-Draft government decree fixing the number of contentious chambers and chambers and advisory sections in the administrative court.

- Draft government decree appointing two members of the National Counter-Terrorism Commission.
