(TAP)- President of the Republic Béji Caid Essebsi Tuesday met in Carthage with Premier Youssef Chahed.

The security and economic situation in the country took centre stage, said Chahed.

The talk also focused on the government's action plan for the coming period and new employment policies, including the New Generation of Entrepreneurs and Private Entrepreneurship projects.

Ways to improve the investment climate and ease administrative procedures were also looked at.
