(TAP)- Premier Youssef Chahed Friday received the annual general report of the Administrative Court (2016/2017) which was handed over to him by First President Abdessalem Mehdi Grissiâ.

The report outlined the activities of administrative jurisdictions and the advisory powers of the Administrative Court, Grissiâ said.

He said he briefed the Prime Minister about work conditions in the court and existing challenges and put forward a number of proposals to enhance the functioning of the court, including hiring new judges to hear cases without undue delay.

Grissiâ said he presented the Premier with a report on the 2018 municipal election disputes which

were addressed, he said, in the allotted time pursuant to the law on elections and referendums
