The E-Administration in Tunisia

The tax Tele-declaration "e-tasrih" is a secured service which allows the taxpayers to distantly carry out an automatic and assisted liquidation of their duties and Taxes as well as the electronic payment of the due amounts and the follow-up of their prior payments. This application covers, by its services, all the licensed Taxpayers: legal and natural persons.

A platform of electronic payment has been developed in order to facilitate to the taxpayers the payment of their taxes, quickly and in full security, via two principal methods:

• the authorization of levy on the bank and postal accounts.
• the payment by bank card.  
• The service of tele-declaration also allows to:
  • consult the list as well as the addresses of the Tax offices and control offices.
  • publish the forms of the tax declarations: Any Net surfer having access to the site may, starting from his working desk download and edit the virgin forms of all the tax declarations.
  • consult a documentation database: this service places at the disposal of the citizen the tax legislation (laws and the tax codes, regulatory texts, common notes...).
  • converse with the administration (sending and reception of electronic messages) via a electronic messaging service.
